A common thread among successful technology companies is a sales-oriented CEO.
CEOs with past experience selling technology, managing a sales team, or working in sales operations don't just have an appreciation for salespeople—they have a clear view on how everyone else in the company must support the sales organization. Their policies, goals and actions reinforce their sales vision and values.
Sales-oriented CEOs instinctively and decisively build strong sales cultures—and play a pivotal role in the company's ability to flourish. In this session, sponsored by Green Beacon Solutions and Brainshark, our speakers will cover:
- Why CEOs must be sales activists, not advocates
- How to avoid activities that drain sales energy and time
- Critical investments and policies that drive sales growth
- How sales experience drives executive decision-making
- When CEOs should (and should not) be selling
Sales executives, bring your CEOs to this NETSEA event to gain valuable insight into how a sales-oriented CEO thinks and acts to exceed business goals and profit expectations.
