Sep 28, 2011 - Waltham, Mass. - NETSEA, the New England Technology Sales Executives Association, today announced its quarterly educational event will be held as a breakfast event on Thursday, November 3 from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. ET at the Newton Marriot. The breakfast event, “CEOs on Selling,” will explore the sales-oriented CEO and the positive impact this type of leader can have on an organization.
Jim Baum, president and CEO of Netezza, Patrick Morley, president and CEO of Bit9 and Stephen Orenberg, chief sales officer, Kaspersky Lab will serve as the event speakers, offering their thoughts and real-world experiences as sales-oriented CEOs.
The speakers will explore the role of the CEO and how their sales experience played an instrumental factor in their success. They will provide insight, advice and guidance on how to build a sales culture throughout a company and measure its success.
“The sales-oriented CEO’s natural understanding of a sales organization presents an immeasurable value to their organization as a whole,” said Scott Devens, board chairman and president of NETSEA. “Each of our speakers will address ways a sales-oriented CEO can help an organization not only achieve, but go beyond sales goals by implementing a pervasive sales culture.
